ANANIAS TRAINING
Traveling with Others the Discipleship Path
Inspired by the important role Ananias played in St. Paul's journey to Christ [Acts 9:10-19], our Ananias Training will help parishes, homes, and apostolates become places where we can:
• recognize the stages of another's spiritual journey through compassionate listening.
• listen lovingly to their real questions and opinions about God in order to guide the discovery of how God is present and active in a person's life.
• talk about our relationship with God.
• share how we came to be a disciple of Jesus.
Ananias Training is a 17-hour process structured over five Zoom experiences and an online learning platform, designed to form parishioners with no previous training in "the art of spiritual accompaniment." The training will use Scripture reflections, video, and facilitated discussions to form "Ananiases."
Intended Audience
• Pastors and pastoral leaders who desire to move a parish culture toward mission by raising up individuals who can journey with others toward intentional discipleship.
• RCIA team members.
• Small group and table leaders of all types.
• Called & Gifted interviewers and small group leaders.
• Ministers to the sick and homebound.
• Parishioners who desire the confidence and skills to share their faith with family, friends, co-workers, etc.

Continuing Process: Four Week Virtual Small Group beginning the week of March 12, 2023

In community, explore the liberating and transformative power of the Mass!
Four week virtual small-group process beginning the week of June 5, 2023.

With the support of a small group, discern Jesus’ call by uncovering your next steps in living out your personal mission and vocation.

The Truths of the Cross
Explore the liberating truths found in Jesus' Death on the Cross and His glorious Resurrection from the dead.
This retreat-like experience for adults will begin with a large virtual gathering on October 15, 2021. This will be followed with a 1 hour and 20-minute small group for four weeks. Note: This experience is now Closed.

Limitless
Explore the cost and abundance of the life Jesus offers by his invitation, “Follow me.”
Four week virtual small-group process beginning the week of January 17, 2022.

ONLINE SELF-STUDY:
• Begins March 7, 2022 with one month to complete.
ONE-ON-ONE DISCERNMENT INTERVIEW:
• Scheduled after completion of online study.
SMALL GROUP MEETING EVERY OTHER WEEK:
• Four weeks beginning the week of April 24, 2022.
