ARE YOU AN ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE FOR THE COURSE? Contact your home Parish and schedule an appointment with Pastor, Associate Priest, Deacon or Adult Faith Formation Coordinator for an Interview. Make sure interviewer signs the form and it's submitted prior to the first session.
¿ES USTED UN CANDIDATO ELEGIBLE PARA EL CURSO? Contacte a su parroquia de su comunidad y programe una cita con el Pastor, Sacerdote Asociado, Diacono o El coordinador de Formacion en la Fe para Adultos para una Entrevista. HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE ENROLLED IN THE COURSE?
After you submit your registration and pay the $65 fee, you will receive a confirmation email from the ADLA store with a payment receipt and your order number.
However, your enrollment is only finalized once you:
- Join the Google Classroom (with your full name)
- Upload copies of your Baptism and First Communion certificates
- Submit the signed and completed applications: Application
- Complete your interview at your home parish and upload all your documents to the Google Classroom.
¿CÓMO SABES QUE ESTAS REGISTRADO/A EN CLASE?
Después de enviar tu inscripción y pagar la cuota de $65, recibirás un correo electrónico de la tienda ADLA con el recibo de pago y/o un número de orden.
Sin embargo, tu inscripción solo quedará finalizada cuando:
- Te unas a la clase en Google Classroom (con tu nombre completo)
- Subas copias de tu certificado de Bautismo y de Primera Comunión
- Entregue la solicitud completas y firmadas: Solicitud
- Completes tu entrevista con su parroquia y subir todas las formas de solicitud al google classroom.
DO I NEED A SPONSOR AT THE CEREMONY? Yes, please download the forms on the following link and give to your Sponsor(Godparent) to complete. The Guidelines per Canon Law are on a handout attached to the link named Sponsor Registration Form. The Sponsor Pastor Statement is for the sponsor to take to his or her home Parish to have it signed.
¿NECESITO UN PADRINO/MADRINA EN LA CEREMONIA? Si, por favor baje las formas en el enlace siguiente y entregalas a tu padrino/madrina para completar. - Regional Ceremony (in person) Saturday, February 20, 2027 10:30am at St. Brendan Church, 310 S Van Ness Ave Los Angeles CA 90020. (details in the syllabus)
