This interactive presentation explores the sociocultural context of GenZ in a way that helps ministry leaders understand important transitions and identity markers in the young people the minister with. Explore what accompaniment looks like during these developmental and spiritual transitions. Learn how discussing how to become a more synodal church, or one that encounters, listens, and discerns with young adults, supports their spiritual development and leadership potential.
