Inspired by the teachings of the Second Vatican Council and the popes of the last 60 years, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops has developed a guide for pastoral planning called Living as Missionary Disciples: A Resource for Evangelization. Fr. Frank Donio of the Catholic Apostolate Center provided extensive consultation on this document. He will present on the theological and spiritual background of the document and offer ways in which the methods and principles from it can be implemented throughout your ministry.
Fr. Frank Donio, SAC, DMin, a member of the Pallottine Fathers and Brothers, is Founding Director of Catholic Apostolate Center and Executive Director of the Conference of Major Superiors of Men of the United States. He is also an adjunct assistant professor in the School of Theology and Religious Studies at the Catholic University of America. Fr. Frank works with several Secretariats of the USCCB, national and international Catholic organizations, religious communities, and dioceses on evangelization, co-responsibility, collaboration in ministry, Church leadership, and pastoral planning.
