We experience God’s love in and through relationships, perhaps more than anything else in life. Yet why are our relationships so often a source of frustration rather than fulfillment for us? Drawing on thousands of clinical hours spent helping people heal from hurtful relationships and forge healthy new ones, Regina will share the habits, dispositions, and skills you can practice to experience relationships as God intended them to be.
Regina Boyd is a licensed therapist, the founder of Boyd Counseling Services and a contributor to the Hallow app. She has presented extensively on the intersection of mental health and Catholicism for national organizations including the Catholic Campus Ministry Association, Given Institute, and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Boyd lives with her family in Orlando, Florida, where she assists with parish and diocesan marriage formation.
