How can we strengthen the role of parents and the whole family in forming faith in the first two decades of life? We will explore practical strategies to equip parents to build families that live Christian practices at home and in the world, to engage parents in learning how to become faith formers of their children and teens, and to involve the whole family in faith forming experiences and programs in the parish
John Roberto serves as executive director of the National Community of Catechetical Leaders (NCCL). He has spent a lifetime working in faith formation: teaching, writing, researching, consulting, and developing programs. His latest book is, "Guided by the Directory for Catechesis" (co-authored). John has a Masters degree in Religious Education from Fordham University and a Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Meadville Lombard Theological School.
