The journey of a virtue driven life is a way to holiness, compassion, and fitness for the Kingdom. Drawing inspiration from the lives of the saints, his ministry with young adults, as well as his dedication to fitness, Fr. Capó will explore how we can propose personal habits and life skills that make possible a life of holiness and compassion, giving the best of ourselves.

A priest of the Archdiocese of Miami, Fr. Rafael Capó is Vice President for Mission and Dean of Theology at St Thomas University. Appointed a Pontifical Missionary of Mercy by Pope Francis, he is a USCCB national Eucharistic preacher. He has served as national leader in Hispanic Ministry, school president, vocations director, and Theology professor. He is present on social media ministry with young people, calling to fitness of body, mind and spirit.
