Jesus taught others about God from the world around him. How do we quiet ourselves to truly listen, notice, and find God in all things like Jesus did? Learn to pray from “the book of our lives”. Leaning on Scripture and the wisdom of Saint Ignatius Loyola, we’ll look at this contemplative prayer tool to help us find stillness and to notice God in our everyday busyness. Leave with the knowledge to pray and also to lead others!
