Have you been wanting to gradually and calmly address sexuality-related topics proactively with your teens? This workshop will cover practical scripts and modeling for how to talk with your teen about a range of topics, including pubertal changes, sexual behaviors and boundaries, pornography, masturbation, LGBT+ experiences, unwanted sexual experiences/abuse, and technology use, informed by Catholic teaching and psychological science.

Julia Sadusky is a licensed clinical psychologist and the owner of Lux Counseling and Consulting. She is the author of several books and a consultant, speaker, and adjunct professor. Sadusky has done extensive research in sexual development and specializes in trauma-informed care. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ave Maria University and a master’s degree and doctorate in clinical psychology from Regent University.
