Together, let’s consider the ways to include God’s Word in the life of the parish—prayer and discussion groups, bulletin reflections, videos on social media, lay preaching in non-liturgical settings, and more. Let’s take the next step in fostering an appreciation of sacred scripture by connecting the weekly readings to the daily lives of our parishioners.
Michael Ruzicki is the director of sacred music and liturgy at Saint Mary of the Lake Parish in Chicago and is the training and events manager at Liturgy Training Publications. He is the author of, "Guide for Training Initiation Ministers: An Introduction to the RCIA" (LTP). He was formerly a team member of the North American Forum on the Catechumenate. Michael currently serves as the emcee and conference coordinator for the National Gathering on Christian Initiation.
