We know the greatest commandment: "Love God, love your neighbor as yourself". We tend to gloss-over that last part; however, we're told by Jesus that we must love ourselves; it is not an option! The world often leads us to shame and self-loathing. How do we find the heart of compassion for ourselves? In this workshop, prepare to laugh, sing, pray and discuss with others how God truly sees us, and how we might be led to self-compassion, that we might love the world in turn.
Sarah Hart of Nashville, Tennessee is a singer, songwriter, music producer, author and keynote speaker. Her heart for itinerant ministry and sharing the Gospel has led her to concerts, parish missions, youth and women's ministry all over the United States and abroad. Sarah performed for countless conventions, events and for Pope Francis. A Grammy-nominated songwriter, her music has been recorded by many artists, and have appeared in television and film. Her songs are in hymnals across the globe. She is a wife and mom of two daughters.
