Đức Cha Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn sinh ngày 26 tháng 12 năm 1962 tại Đà Nẳng, Viêt Nam. Cha chịu chức Linh mục 1999, từ 2017-2023 Đức cha là giám mục phụ tá cho Tổng Giáo phận Saigon. Và từ 2021-2023 Ngài vừa là phụ tá cho Tổng Giáo phận Saigon và kiêm Giám quản Giáo Phận Hà Tỉnh, Hiện tại Đức Cha được Tòa Thánh bổ nhiệm là Giám mục chính Giáo phận Hà Tỉnh. Đức Cha có bằng tiến sĩ về Thần học Tín Lý chuyên môn về Hôn Nhân và Gia Đình.
Most Rev. Nguyen Anh Tuan Louis was born December 26, 1962, in Danang, Vietnam. He was ordained a priest in 1999 and served as the Auxiliary bishop of Hochiminh City from 2017-2023. He was assigned as the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Ha Tinh, Vietnam from 2021-2023 and as of March 2023, currently serves as the Ordinary Bishop of the Diocese. Bishop Tuan holds a Doctorate of Sacred Theology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family.
