What is the pitch that would get them in the door and the food that will cause them to not only stay, but “tell those invited” to come, also. Noelle will share from her experience how to build a culture of authenticity and encounter that inspires teens to open up to show up.
Noelle Garcia McHugh is a nationally known speaker and musician. She is the Director of Programs for EQSaints, training youth ministry leaders and helping with Holy Fire Middle School Conferences. Noelle and her husband run the Somehow I Marriage podcast and she has many projects available on Formed.org.
