This session will guide participants into a deep exploration of the Church’s rich tradition of the theological virtues. While most Catholics have heard of these, few truly grasp their precise meaning and pivotal relevance in our lives. We will especially contemplate how living charity through the Cross in our own life circumstances is the preeminent pathway to finding union with Christ and drawing others into communion with the Blessed Trinity.
Dr. Matthew Ramage is full professor of Theology at Benedictine College where he serves as Co-Director of the Center for Integral Ecology. His research concentrates on the theology of Joseph Ratzinger, the wedding of ancient and modern methods of biblical exegesis, and the dialogue between faith and science. In addition to his other endeavors, Dr. Ramage is author, co-author, and translator of over twenty books.
