The Certificate in Youth Ministry Studies Program includes eight two-day courses, offered over two years. The aim of the program is to promote personal, spiritual, andministerial growth. Courses in the first year focus on youth ministry principles and practice, and leadership theory, processes and skills. The second year covers fostering the faith growth of youth through evangelization and catechesis, prayer and worship, justice and service, and pastoral care.
In the summer format, four courses are offered each summer. Two courses are offered during a week in June, and two are offered during a week in July. They are held on four consecutive days in each of these weeks. You can complete the program by attending for two summers.
