Event and Class Registrations: No shipping required. Your receipt is your ticket. You may obtain a copy of receipts at any time by logging into your store account and going to the "Orders" section.

Software: Some software may be downloadable. These items will be available in the "Downloadable Products" section of your account. Other software items will be shipped to you by our Purchasing Department at no cost to you.

Other Goods: Shipping method and cost will be noted in the product description.

In the event you need to cancel an order or return a product, please contact us at . Some event registrations are non-refundable and will be noted in the description. For returnable items, please allow 10 business days for us to process your return request. Credit card refunds will be made as soon as the return is approved. Check refunds will require an additional 5-7 business days to process.
