First Things in Youth Ministry is an online formation experience developed by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry. It is meant for any adult who is called to minister to, for and with youth of middle school and high school ages. Whether volunteer or paid, this formation not only provides participants with the foundational information for leading a comprehensive youth ministry (including Confirmation), but with a community of support as well.
