What is THRIVE and what do I get when I join?
Thrive is an online community of Catholic Youth ministers from parishes of all sizes and demographics created by the catholic youth workers at ProjectYM. Thrivers receive ongoing training and support, access to an exclusive Facebook community, weekly live professional development, mastermind groups AND access to a library of digital resources. We also have tons of volunteer training and recruitment resources! Thrive also saves you time, which is a valuable commodity! You don’t have to go anywhere for professional development. All their videos can be watched anywhere, at any time! You also don’t have to spend time researching for the perfect volunteer training videos or create your own resources.
