Living a Healthy Life! Is a hybrid online health course offered through schools across the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The course covers topics in physical, mental, social and spiritual health through a variety of engaging and interactive learning modules. Course content is delivered through multi-media presentations, videos, and links to a variety of online resources. Students participate actively through online discussion forums, research projects, creative assignments and digital assessments. Live sessions are scheduled differently at each school and the course is led both online and in person by teachers from the school.

VSFF is an 8(9)-week training opportunity for anyone involved in Faith formation programs in their parish. It will equip leaders with the knowledge and skills to be witnesses of the faith and to accompany those they serve (adults, families, young adults, youth, and children) in their journey of missionary discipleship with adult faith formation at the center.

REQUIREMENTS:
YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH A RECENT COPY OF YOUR SACRAMENT CERTIFICATES OF BAPTISM AND FIRST COMMUNION.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR HOME PARISH TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW TO COMPLETE THE 4 APPLICATION FORMS WITH YOUR PASTOR.
