Preparation for the sacrament of confirmation happens in a season of the life of young people where they are exploring who they are and whose they are. Let us embrace this opportunity to help make their faith firm in Christ and as part of His Church. This workshop will explore small ways, easy ideas, and practical approaches in which we can have a big impact in the preparation of our young people for the sacrament.

Ela Milewska has minister in a variety of environments, from a small community in West Virginia to a department in the Archdiocese of New York. She has trained youth ministry and catechetical leaders, catechists, and educators across the United States and internationally. Ela is the executive director of the Department of Youth Faith Formation supporting parishes in their ministries to form young people and their families from baptism to college.
