We all yearn for and seek happiness. On that journey, we can go through different stages. There are times when we feel happiness and work towards a more complete joy; sometimes we have goodwill and sincerity, but still encounter bumpy ups and downs in our relationship. There are times when a storm comes into our precious relationship and it breaks us down. We might get stuck with questions of, “Why?”, which we can't find satisfactory answers to and this makes we feel tired and want to give up. How can we respond to those realities? We know that happiness is not an already-made cake, so what are the ingredients we need to make a cake called Happiness?

Có quãng đường bạn cảm nhận hạnh phúc và ước mong vươn tới một niềm vui sung mãn trọn vẹn hơn; có khi bạn thiện chí và chân thành xây dựng nhưng vẫn gặp những trúc trắc gập ghềnh trong tương quan; Có quãng đường bạn song hành với ai đó rất quan trọng đối với bạn, nhưng sóng gió đến, và tương quan quý giá ấy dường như đang trên đường đổ vỡ. Bạn luẩn quẩn với những câu hỏi tại sao? nhưng không tìm được câu trả lời thỏa đáng khiến bạn mệt mỏi và muốn buông xuôi. Bạn biết rằng, hạnh phúc không là chiếc bánh được làm sẵn. Vậy nguyên liệu của bạn là gì để có thể làm nên chiếc bánh có tên Hạnh Phúc? 

Sister Maria Ly Thi Bich Quyen belongs to Our Lady of the Missions, an international religious missionary Congregation.  As a qualified counselor, she has  had the privilege to serve marginalized people as well as serving in formation and leadership ministries.
