Sister Maria Ly Thi Bich Quyen belongs to Our Lady of the Missions, an international religious missionary Congregation.  As a qualified counselor, she has  had the privilege to serve marginalized people as well as serving in formation and leadership ministries. Currently, she is the Provincial of the Vietnam province.

Sr. vinh hạnh có cơ hội phục vụ những người sống bên lề xã hội, đồng thời tham gia vào việc đào tạo huấn luyện và lãnh đạo mục vụ. Hiện tại Sr. là Giám Tỉnh Dòng Đức Bà Truyền Giáo tại Việt Nam
