Workshop for Coordinators of Confirmation, Youth Ministry, Faith Formation & Pastors

The sacrament of Confirmation should be a renewal of faith and discipleship for youth, their families, and the whole parish community. This workshop explores ways to develop Confirmation ministries that engage youth with the witness, life, and ministries of the parish community while empowering families to share faith and accompany young disciples. This will include practical ways to help youth encounter Christ, remember Baptism, and live the Eucharist as young disciples prepare to be strenghthened through the sacrament of Confirmation. Coordinators will also experience tools and support for building teams for dynamic Confirmation ministries. This will include presentations, individual reflection, small group discussions, and sharing of models and resources.

·  Helping Parents and Forming Family Faith
·  Engaging Youth in the Life of the Parish
·  Developing a Model for Dynamic Confirmation Ministry
·  Building a Team
